Carol DiBattiste
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer

Carol has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer since May 2011.

From 2008 until April 2011, Ms. DiBattiste was Senior Vice President (SVP)--Privacy and Security, for Reed Elsevier Inc., the parent company of LexisNexis. From 2005 to 2008, Ms. DiBattiste was employed by ChoicePoint, Inc., from April 2005 to September 2006 as Credentialing, Compliance and Privacy Officer and from September 2006 until February 2008 as General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer. Ms. DiBattiste earned her B.A. degree magna cum laude in sociology/criminal justice from LaSalle University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, her J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from Columbia University School of Law, New York, New York.
